Abstract

Acid base and Eletrolyte disturbance is considered one of changes that affect the body in general and it is faced by multiple method inside the body to protect against this changes and there dangerous effect on body.
Liver cell failure is usually lead to abnormality in metabolic function inaddition to portal hypertension hepatic encephalopathy , portopulmunary syndrome , heaptorenal syndrome and liver cell failure usually due to alte stage of viral hepatitis, primary biliary cirrhosis, metabolic diseases…etc.
Liver Transplantaion passes in three phases which are Preoperative phase where prepration of donor and recieptient done, Intraoperative and Postoperative phase where patient transmitted to ICU where there is care of cardiovascular and respiratory function with daily investigation and administration of immunosuppressive drugs.
A lot of Complications appear during liver transplantation .One of them I acid base and electrolyte which may lead to Graft rejection and failure of operation also other complication may occur hemmoraghe and Thrombosis in hepatic artery and portal vien, renal failure , bacterial and viral fungal infections.
