المستخلص
This study is conducted to fulfill the following aims.
1. To determine the level of antitoxin for diphtheria and tetanus in the target pregnant women before receiving the vaccines.
2. To compare the level of antitoxin against tetanus and diphtheria among pregnant women receiving (TT) vaccine and those receiving (Td) toxoid vaccine.
3. To find the adverse events following immunization(AEFIs) and comparing them between (TT) vaccine group and (Td) vaccine group.
4. To reveal the knowledge of pregnant women as regard tetanus disease and its preventive measures.
5. To assess the staffs’ communication with pregnant women concerning tetanus vaccine.
