Abstract Dramatic improvements in radiographic imaging in recent years have, improved our understanding of sinonasal tumors. Older techniques such as plain film radiography and multi-directional tomography poorly delineate normal anatomy and pathological changes of sinonasal tumors. Modern imaging modalities such as C.T. and MRI depict sinonasal tumors and their metstases in details. |
