Abstract

In this study an investigation was done to detect the bacterial and mycotic flora in both cultured Tilapia nilotica fish and water pond treated with 3 different nutritional programmes all over months of the year (Mar. 2005-Feb.2006) compared with Tilapia nilotica and water ponds in untreated control pond. The obtained data revealed that A. hyDROPhila were 186 isolates (30.24%) all over four seasons of year, pseudomonas fluorescence 10 isolates (1.63%)in the winter season but
it was not present in spring , summer and autumn seasons, pseudomonas sp. 38 isolates which was isolated from autumn seasons (14 isolates) and 24 isolates from winter seasons by (6.18% ), E. coli gave 115 isolates from four seasons all over the year (18.70/0), C. urealyticum were 125 isolates (20.33%) which isolated all over the four seasons of year, for campylobacter sp.52 isolates were obtained 8.64%)which isolated all over the four seasons of year.
P. pneumotropica 7 isolates (1.14%) which isolated from summer season and did not isolate during other three seasons of year. Micrococcus sp.28 were isolated (4.55%) which isolated from the autumn and winter seasons but not isolated during the spring and
summer. Bacillus sp.17 isolates (2.760/0) which isolated from spring, summer and winter seasons but not isolated from autumn season. while non identified 37 isolates all over the four seasons of year which isolated from Tilapia nilotica fish from different seasons of year.
