Abstract
This work was designed to clear out the evaluation of health promoting effects of feeding of some common fish on rats in Minufiya Gonernorate.
Fro accomplishing this objective the foolowing points will be carried out:
1- selecting of some common dish and curing out feeding experiments on rats.
2- Following the total live weigh of rats as willas their some organs weights.
3- Bio chemical analysis as the following:
(A) serum total lipids:
1- total cholesterol
2- high density lipoprotein (HDL)
3- low density lipoprotein (LDL)
4- very low density lipoprotein (VLDL)
5- triglyceride (TG)
(B) liver function:
1- Alanine amino transferees (ALT)
2- Asparate amino transferase (AST)
(C) kidney function:
1- \Urea
2- Ceatinine
3- Uric acid
(D) fasting serum glucose
4- Results will be statistically analyses, conclusion and suitable recommendation will be presented.
