Abstract
Thirty-four patients with closed displaced supracondylar fractures of the humerus constituted the material of this study. The age ranged between 1 and 7 years with a mean age of 4.69 years. Males were affected in 70.6 per cent of cases and the left side was also affected in the same percentage cases. The majority of cases (70.6 per cent) were grade II fractures and only 29.41 per cent of cases were grade III fractures.
