Abstract
Advanced testes tumors are highly curable. The treatment strategy is chemotherapy followed by the surgical exercises of residual disease. The standard chemotherapy regimens are adriamycin or cisplatin. The present study was designed to investigate the effect of adriamycin or cisplatin on the histology and ultrastructure of the testes of albino rats. The results showed clearly that, adriamycin or cisplatin has devasted effects on the histology and ultrastructure of the testes of albino rats.
