Abstract Members of the family Enre rbacteriqaaceae are potential public health importance as they cause diseases for human during lowering of rather resistance. Also, this group contain most members of food poising micoorgansms and other members cause infection for human (Varnam and Evans, 1991). The pshchrotrophic microorgnasims which grow very rapidly than other organisms on refrigerated foods during storage at refrigeration temperature become the major organisms responsiable for foods during storage at refrigeration temperature become the major organisms responsible for food spoilage (Mossel et al., 1974 ). So, thew counrt of psychrotrophic microorganisms provides of useful information about about the keeping quality of such type of food (Hashim , 1997). Therefore , this work was planned out to study the mjicrobial contamination (profile ) and heavy metal residuesin Tilpia nilotica and Clarias lazera as an intact fish and fish fillets and herring as a fish products, investigate:- |
