Abstract This study has been carried out on 100 persons, 80 patients and 20 controls all of the 80 patients had different allergic diseases and positive skin test to one or more common environmental or food antigens. In this study we evaluate the basophil degranulation test in comparison with skin test and specific IgE in the 4 groups of patient bronchial asthma, allergic rhinitis, atopic dermatitis and combined allergic diseases all of them were subjected to: Full history taking, complete physical examination, skin prick test, human basophil degranulation test and specific IgE. |
