Abstract
The investigation of local scour phenomena downstream skew syphon pip, is the aim of this study. This phenomena was investigated on sandy bed material, under different skewness angle for different water heads downstream the pipe, and various discharges. The measurements were carried out for the main dimensions of scour hole with respect to downstream water level are and discharges. Dimensional analysis was applied to construct the relation between all the variables involved in this study.
