Abstract Injectable contraceptives offer several advantages as a method Gf contraception and it was shown in a number of clinical trials to he effective in preventing pregnancy and acceptable to many women- There are many types of injectables as monthly injectables and long act ins in jec tables which are more com in only used nowadays . Norethisterone enanthate 200 mg and levonorgestrel butanoate 12.5 mg are long acting injectables which u e r e useri in our study. The aim of this work was to compair between both types given every two months as intramuscular injectable contra¬ceptives as regard their effects on the clinical condition and some biochemical blood parameters. |
