Abstract
For evaluation of ul trasoni cal ly guided aspiration cytology as a sa-Fe, rapid , easy and highly diagnostic method for diagnosis o-F hepatic malignancies, this study was carried out on 52 patients admitted to the main Alexandria University Hospital with a provisional diagnosis o-F hepatic malignancy . All the patients were subjected to thorough history taking, full clinical examination with special stress on the examination of the liver for it’s size, tenderness, consistency , masses and perihepatic rub.
