Abstract The patient group (n=39) were divided into two categories by echocardiography. The first group included 27 out of 39 (69.2%) having a normal diastolic function pattern. On other side, the rest were included 12 out 39 (30.8%) having an impaired diastolic dysfunction. After echocardiography with Valslva maneuver, the patients with normal diastolic function were subdivided into 14 out 39 (35.9%) having a normal diastolic function pattern and 13 out 39 (33.3%) having a pseudo normal diastolic dysfunction. |
