Abstract
Exercise training is becoming a way of life, not only for athletes but also for millions of men & women seeking its potential cardiovascular & benefits. We did this work to see the effects of prolonged exercises training or our athletes on clinical radiological & ECG examination. 25% athletes & 26 control were examined. We found that athletes had enlarged hart, paracardiac & other changes. We recommended the following : 1- Exercise training should be encouraged all over the country through sporting clubs. 2- Every athlete should be examined strongly & be ECG & by X-ray heart periodically every one year. 3- Every atheletes with some abnormalities should be more investigated.
