Abstract
The aim of the present study is to examine the plasma level of endostatin in healthy subjects, and in patients with ischemic heart disease, ischemic peripheral vascular disease, diabetes mellitus and the role of B1, B6, b12 and folic acid supplementation. Also to show the expression of endostatin, ornithine decarboxylase in healthy subjects and in patients with ischemic heart disease, ischemic peripheral vascular disease and diabetes mellitus, the expression is done on WBCs of the whole blood obtained from patients and assessed by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR).
