This study was carried out on thirty adult female patients who were scheduled for elective breast surgery in Alexandria Main University Hospital
All patients were selected to confirm grade I or II physical status of American Society of Anesthesiologist (ASA I, II) and patients with coagular.on d-forded, allergy to local anesthetic solution, cardiopulmonary diseases, and seeps: At the entry site, severe chest deformity and patients refused D be ad/ache were excluded from the study.AY. AY patients received a single-injection par vertebral block at the level of Ti using; 0.3 ml/kg bupivacaine 0.5%.Heart rate, mean arterial blood pressure and respiratory rate were recorded just before the block, 5,10,15 and 20 minutes after the block and every 15 minutes till the end of surgery .
