Abstract
Preeclampsia is one of the most important Disease with pregrency, many theories try to explain the etiology and the pathogenesis of preeclampsia , prediction of preeclampsia in this thesis by detection of the level of calcium / creatinine ratio in urine of patient in second trimester and by Doppler. The result showed that calcium / creatinine ratio decreased, resistant index increased and diastolic notch either unilateral or bilateral are predictable.
