Abstract
The present study was done due to high incidence of epilepsy which is a common and frequently devastating neurological disorder affecting millions of people all over the world. Hance , therapy of such disease is of considerable importance. But, unfortunately , this therapy is in the form of long-term regimen. Thus, the current study was carried out to detect the possible harmful effects of the long-term AEDs monotherapy on different body organs and determine the role of protective agents ( Antioxidant vitamins, E & C) .
