Abstract The present study was carried out to evaluate the effect of Roxazyme (enzyme) and Samu.Biogen (Pro biotic) supplementation to Japanese quail diet on their productive performance ( body weight, weight gain, relative growth rat, feed consumption and feed efficiency ratio) and nutritive value of the • diets through feeding trails. Experiment (I) A Total number of 225 Japanese quails one day old were used in this study and when the baby quail chicks reached 2 weeks of age they were devided into 5 equal groups (A,B,C,D,E) each one contain 45 birds then each group was subdivided into another 3 subgroups (l ,2,3) each one contain 15 birds. Group (A) fed diet based on corn, group (B) fed Barley, group (C) fed corn + Barley, Group (D) fed wheat and group (E) fed corn + wheat. Number (l) from each group only fed the basal diet without any supplement, number (2) fed the basal diet + Roxazyme , and number (3) fed the basal diet + Samu.Biogen. Body weight, weight gain, relative growth rate, feed consumption and feed efficiency ratio were determined weekly The obtained results are summarized as the following: |
