Abstract

this study was carried out on 45 patients of both sexes that had moderate to severe head injury , brain edema , did not do surgical interference , had GCS less than 10, free from cardiovascular or respiratory diseases .those patients were selected from those admitted to the critical care units and emergency department in alexandria main university hospital.
