Abstract
Antimuscarinics in the present study are classified as tertiary amines dicyclomine hydrochloride (DI) and quaternary amines hyoscine-N-Buty i bromide (hY)Clidinium Bromide (cl) Cyclonium bromide (Cy) and timonium Methy 1Sulfate (Ti).
These Are Competitive inhibitors of Acetycholine at the receptors of autonomic Effector sites innervated by parasympathomimetic amines (Chapter1 .Different Methods are described for the quantitative determination in their dosage forms.)
