Abstract

I wish to express my deepest gratitude to all those who assisted me to complete this work.
First and foremost, my thanks are directed to Professor Dr. Samy Hussein Galal, Professor of Medical Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine, University of Alexandria, for his unlimited help and continuous insistence on perfection. Without his constant supervision, this thesis could not have achieved its present form.
I would like to express my profound gratitude to Professor Dr. Hassan Ali Hassan AlMaghraby, professor of Obstetrics and Gynecology Faculty of Medicine, University of Alexandria. Words can not express how thankful I am for his fruitful collaboration and supervision.
Many thanks and appreciation to Professor Dr. Eman Ahmed Shaat, Professor of Medical Biochemistry, Faculty of Medicine, University of Alexandria, for her careful supervision and persistent encouragement and for her kindeness and care throughout the work.
