1- Identify and response to consumer needs .

We candetermined the research problem by the following phenomenon :
1- The Egyption Auto industries faced strong competitive .
2-The number of assembly factories in Egypt It arrived to 20 factory .
3- The number of feeding factories arrived to 361 factory .
4- All These factories It has unemployed capacities , where the actual production is 56000 Vehicles but the available capacity are 200000 Vehicles .
5- The cost of production Vehicles is increasing in Egypt about original country in mean by 30 % .
6- There are many types, models and brands in Egypt therefore the research problem are answer about the following question :
A- How the Egyption Vehicles companies perform Just in time production system applying ?
B- What are the obstacles Which companies faced during the implementation process ?
C- What are the suitable approach for this implementation ?
