In this work,20 patients from AHO were studied.The patients were diagnosed by clinical ,radiological and laboratory examination.The main aspects of the clinical picture were found to be fever,pain and tenderness.The last two were found to be well localised to the site of affection.
The highest incidence was found in the age 4 and 5 years(30% of the patients), in males (male to female ratio 3 to 1 ) and in the lower limb bones 12 tibiae,6 femora.
