Abstract
Our study was carried out in the department of obstetrics & Gynaecology and medical biochemistry department faculty of medicine Zagazig University.some Cases were also selected from the gynecology clinic Hehyia central hospital during the period from 2-9-20 05 to 15-6-2006.
The study was carried out on 100 subjects the selected subjects were divided into the fallowing groups
A group I: Contral group.15 healthy female
B group II: Divided in the fallowaing:-
- IIa (60) subjects diagnosid negative by cytological examination.
- IIb(10)subjects with postive cytology IIc(7)subjects were diagnosed by qudrant punish biopsy
Venous blood sample will be collected, for all groups centrifiuged and sera are to be separated for assay of:
- A-Cyfra 21-1, using Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). -B-Fibronectin using Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA.
