Abstract Conclusions 1- One case of them was diagnosed as multiple amoebic liver abscesses. 2- Four cases showed multiple metastatic deposits on the surface of the liver. 3- Two of them were diagnosed by biopsy as hepatoma. 4- One of them was diagnosed as hepato cellular carcinoma. 5- One of them was diagnosed as cholanogio carcinoma. The study of hepatosplenic chistosomiasis by laparoscopy and needle biopsy of the liver, both techniques can be complementary procedures helping proper assessment of the clinical staging of the disease and in the diagnosis of mixed pathology of the liver, which have prognostic and therapeutic implications. |
