Abstract
This study aimed to understand the mechanism of action of some dinilroaniline herbicides as germination inhibitors on germination process of wheat (moncoty ledonous) and broad bean (dicoty ledonous)and its relation to the induction phase of GA3 and cell mitosis during this process. the study was carried out in pesticides laboratory El-Minia faculty of agriculture.
the following points were intensively studied.
A. Effect of pendimethalin and trifluralin on germination and germination and seedlings growth of wheat and broad bean.
B. Interaction of gibberellie acid with germination and seedlings morphogensis.
C. Effect of pre soaking in water or in GA3 on her bieidal activity of pendimethalin.
D. Cytological effect of pendimethalin on the root tips of wheat and broad bean seedlings.
