Abstract
The present work deals with callus initiation, and plant regeneration from two organs of three cultivated apple varieties namely Dorsett Golden,Anna and Balady. The experimental work included the influence of medium types supplemented with different phytohormones combinations on callus formation and plant regeneration and some isozymes band pattern behavior. The genetical and cytological feature of callus cultures initiated on anther of three apple genotypes and maintained for two years on different growing media has been evaluated. Moreover the isozyme and Random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD-PCR) molecular markers were used for identification the genetic variation between the regenerated shoots and donor parent genotypes.
