Abstract

Studies On Factors Affecting The Production Of Bacterial Alpha-Amylase
Two hundrad and fourty three isolates from different sources viz, manures of sheep (15) , horse (10), bodriet (5), cow (5), pigeon (5), poultry (5); bouza a local fermented drying (24)rhizosphere of horse been (8),tap water (6) canal water (17), field soil (33); rhizosphere of , sugarcane (26)wheat (25), sweet potatoes (11) , potatoes(16) ; stagnant water of linen (14) and air (18) were screened for their amylolytic activity
