Abstract

1- The Protein content accounted .lJ3’t for liizL\ 2 dllll 8.13% for D.H. Giza 202.
2- 1The Pereentage of crude lipids was 18.2% for D. H. Giza 202 against 11.33% for Giza 2.
3- The recorded level of crude fiber was 1.4% in Giza 2 and 0.98% in D.H. Giza 202.
4- Giza 2 variety was characterized by higher level of moisture, 18.4% than that found in the D.H. Giza 202
materials varieties.
1- The elements nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium showed higher percentages of content in Giza 202 than those of Giza -variety.
2- Sodium and manganese contents are the same in both varieties.
3- Giza 2 Showed a higher level of calcium content than in Giza 202. 1-The amount of starcn in Giza 2 (74.7%) is higher than 1- The albumins ranged from 12.77% of the total proteinor Giza 2 to 12.30% for D.H. Giza 202.
