Abstract Since the previous studies were carried out by using individual animal protein sources in formulating poultry rations, the present work was carried out to use mixtures of animal protein sources adequate to induce higher rate of growth owing to the good quality protein . The data obtained from growth and slaughter test would add more information about the more suitable combination of vegetable and animal protein mixtures in formulating poultry rations onscientific and economic basis. Therefore, this course of study was urgently needed to study the effect feeding different protein sources and their mixtures on chick performance and carcass quality. |
