المستخلص It has been suggested that the prevalence of gallstones increase with the duration as well as the severity of liver disease. The aetiology of liver disease may also determine the prevalence of choletithiasis. It has been show that patient with diabetes and autonomic neuropathies have a higher prevalence of gallstones. Compared to those without autonomic dysfunction. This work is planned to determine the autonomic dysfunction ID cirrhotic patient and its relation to gall stones disease. 100 cirihotic patients were included in our study with different clinical state (child pugh A- C), the patients was classified according to fasting blood sugar and autonomic function of tests into the following groups. Group I: It includes 40 cirrhotic patients, without diabetes mellitus and all clinically have autonomic neuropathy. |
