Abstract
INTRODUCTION
The study area of the Nile Delta and adjacent areas are considered to be the most vital area of Egypt, due to its location, high population, strategic projects, industrial, tourism, agricultural, and business activities of the humans. The Nile Delta is mostly covered by plants and without geologic exposures. Nevertheless, reconnaissance studies indicated that; it is a promising area for petroleum, gas, and ground water potentialities.
