Abstract
The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of the environmental endocrine-disrupting chemical bisphenol A (BPA) as 10 mg/kg/day orally for 70 days on mature male, female and offspring of albino rats and to examine some physiological, toxicological, histopathological and teratological changes that may occur as a result of this effect.
