Abstract
There has been growing interest during the last decade in the value of using probiotics worldwide. On the other hand, the interest of consumers to ingest diet for maintaining their health and prevent degenerative and chronic diseases such as diabetes, cancer, hypertension and others influenced by the current opinions towards the consumption of natural foods.
