Abstract The goal of the present work is to evaluate the antitumor activity of two anti-inflammatory natural products (curcumin and extracted boswellic acids fraction) both in vivo and in vitro. For in vitro experiment, Ehrlich Ascites Cacinoma (EAC) was used as an experimental animal tumor cell line and MCF-7 (breast carcinoma), HepG2 (hepatocellular carcinoma), HCT-116 (colorectal carcinoma), U251 (brain carcinoma) and HELA-A (cervical carcinoma) were the human lines which also used in the present study. |
