Abstract
The present study was specifically designed to identify the effects of systemic arterial hypertension on the right ventricular [unction analysed by Tissue Doppler Echocardiographic .The study included two groups:
- Patients group included 30 hypertensive patients with age ranging from 20-63 years ( 51 ± I 1.7 ), 18 males ( 60 echocardiographic study, including; 2-dimensional , MMmode and Tissue Doppler Imaging at Inkral mitral and tricuspid annuli, at echo department, faculty of medicine -Zagazig university.
- Control group, included 10 healthy volunteers with age ranging 22-63 years ( 51.6 ± 1:2.3 ) , 7 males ( 70 % ) and 3 females ( 30 % ) .
