Abstract
The olive harvest of crops, fruit main countries of the Mediterranean basin, including Syria and Egypt, where an estimated area planted with olive trees in Syria, about 388,800 hectares, which produces about 325200 tonnes of olives annually with a request to harvest these trees, presence of a large number of workers during the harvest season.
