Abstract
This research aims to assess the characteristics of growth and physiological behavior and grain yield, yield components and some properties of the grain in six varieties of wheat, three of them, a local short 155 Sakha 8 - Sakha 69 and the other is the product of the International Center for Agricultural Research in Dry Areas (Eckhard) Aleppo, Syria, Cham 4 - Cham 6 Joham under wet conditions as well as supplementary irrigation at different stages of plant growth were established three Mariot Test Station for Agricultural Research in the northern coast of Western Arab Republic of Egypt in three successive seasons 1991/1992 agricultural season started and ends in the season 1993/1994.
