Abstract CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The following conclusions and recommendations can be drawn from the present study. 5.1 CONCLUSIONS 5.1.1 Conclusions Related to the Properties of Gravel and Coarse Lead-slag Aggregates 1- The volume weight and apparent specific gravity of coarse lead-slag aggregates is higher than that of natural gravel. 2- The percentage voids of coarse lead-slag aggregates in both loose and compacted state is higher than that of natural gravel. 3- The water absorption of coarse lead-slag aggregates is higher than the corresponding value of natural gravel. |
