Abstract

Phosphorus is one of the most important nutrients for plants, so it is second only to nitrogen in frequency of use as a fertilizer element for this study aims to know the interaction and the role of some cations such as magnesium and zinc on the absorption and translocation of Phosphorus from the soil to plant and vice versa.
Two experiments were carried out (greenhouse), in the first experiment, nature soil was used and two kinds of crops were planted; dicotyledon (kidey- beans) and monocotyledon (corn) in the second experiment, washed sand was used to avoid the complexed reactions which can occur in the nature soil.
The first experiment (greenhouse):
It was carried out on three kinds of soils i.e.; clayi soil (SIDS soil), a s. loam soil (EL-fokaaee island soil) and L. sand soil (mazura soil) and were planted by two kinds of crops i.e.; kidney- beans and corn.
The second experiment (greenhouse):
Washed sand was used along with hogland solutions as nutrient solutions with different concentrations of P and Mg.
