Abstract

the present biostatigraphic work has been made by means of the ostracode faunas , with the help of plankonic foraminifers, mainly of the eocene represented by 11 sections measured along the el Sheikh Fadi-Ras Gharib Stretch, extending from the gebel Elsheikh fadi section to a section 140 km east of el sheikh fadi , in the estert, egypt.
