Abstract
the aim of this work is to study integrated polarization converters on iii-v semiconductor substrates of the InP family , and their role in polarization control/scramble. in this direction a novel integrated optical controller architecture design using slanted angle in GaAsP polarization converter is proposed and analyzed, using 3D-Vectorial beam propagation method simulations .
