Abstract structural steel members are easy to fabricate and erect which reduces the cost these members are widely used in many fields because of their relatively low weight and cross sections veriety this thesis studies the behavior of monosymmetric and unsymmetric compression members under axial loads ( T-sections and singles angles) T-sections for example represent upper and bottom chords of the truss where these members are mostly subjected to axial loads that may or may notact at centroid regarding single angles. |
