Abstract
many researchers were concerned about strengthening reinforced conditions for the original column and the concrete jacket. there is a constant need for an analytical model trying to simulate the actual behavior of the strengthened column and taking into considerations the strengthening analysis techniques, sophisticated finite element models are developed and analyzed to evaluate the nonlinear response of the strengthened columns.
