Abstract
Throughout history,humans have been attracted to the coasts because of the moderate climate,food,and recreational opportunities provided,as well as the commercial benefits associated with nearness to the sea.the coastal regions are nowaday undergoing increasing levels of stress that threaten to destory these resources to the degree that future generations may not have the opportunity to enjoy it(thurman,1993).
