Abstract
The aime of the study arise primarily or have the predominant bulk of disease in extranodal sites. These definition is somewhat limited, as it may exclude some widely disseminated lymphomas or falsely include some nodal lymphomas that have selectively spread to an adjacent extranodal sit. In the immunodeficient patient, up to 80% of NHL will be of extranodal origin.
