Due To The Increasing Importance Of The Internel, Optimiizing The Human Efforts In Surfing The Internet Will Impact The Whole Humanity Prosperus. In order To Achieve This Objective In Arabic Societies, Tow Main Obstacles Have To Be Worked Out. The Need For Modeling The Online Usage Of Arabic Language Was Addressed As The First Obstacle By Developing A Model Capable Of Automatic Of Cyber Arabic Terminology (AMOCAT), Which Is On The Mathematical Modeling Technique Called Latent Semantic Analysis (LSA). AMOCT Uses A Modified Version Of LSA Which Allows The Capturing Of The Referring Relation Between The Hyperlinks And Their Linked Webpages.
