Abstract
attention with using fuzzy logic in the field of trasportation planning has increased during the last two decades since its high capability in dealing with all types of information and in dealing with uncertainty has been becoming stricter. a new technique for transport model using fuzzy inference system ( TMFIS) was developed and analyzed in this thesis this technique can be considered as a generalized treatment of the so-called sugeno fuzzy inference system which is the base of the widely-used adaptive-network-based fuzzy inference system(ANFIS).
