Abstract
This study was designed to establish some regimen of anesthesia in equine using propofol alone and in combination with xylazine Hel, thiopental, ketamine, halothane or chloral hydrate and reporting the action of them in donkeys to select the more suitable protocol or protocols of anesthesia for different surgical operations. The common side effects of propofol and how to avoid these effects were also studied.
